Day 1> Swim then we will bike the entire bike course with the exception of the out and back. In the evening we'll have a discussion about having a bike course strategy,nutrition and those of you who have raced before can share your thoughts to the newbies :)
Day 2 > We'll do a long swim and long run on the course. We will have a discussion about swimming , the swim course and we will walk through the transition area.
Day 3 > Like last year we will have a race simulation day. We will do an hour swim, transition area, bike the entire course. We will have aid stations throughout the course and you will also have special needs bag right where specal needs will be on race day. This is a fantastic opputunity to make sure your pacing and nutrition strategy is sound. You will learn a lot on this day :)
We will start day 3 early so those of you who want to plan on heading home after the ride can get out of town in the late afternoon.
