Great job Chris Gossard on his 3rd place AG finish at Flowing Lake Triathlon! 

 

Great races this past weekend at both the IronGirl 10K and the Escape from the Rock by Team JFT² ladies! 

Heli Suokko captured 3rd in her AG at Irongirl!  Char ran a PR at 45:48, and Theresa and her daughter competed in the mother-daughter team.  At the Escape from the Rock triathlon, Jess Pollak had a dominant 3rd overall performance with her time of 1:15.   Also racing strong were Lori Hanson, 8th in her AG at 1:34 and Kris Hilliard, also taking 8th AG with her time of 1:24. 

Big congrats to Jess Pollak!  Took 3rd in her AG and 4th overall at the Lake Sammamish Tri on August 25th.
