Issaquah Triathlon/Duathon 2009

What a gorgeous day for a race!  Team JFT2 gathered under the new tent from Suunto, to kick off the triathlon season.  We had 27 participants at the event, including the relay and duathlon event.  Results are posted below.  Many top 10 finishes, and more importantly, many PRs.  We had several new team members doing their first multisport event  (James, Aziz, Angela), way to BRING IT!

Congratulations to David Treadwell for winning the Masters Duathlon.  We had many top ten finishes, including Jess Pollak, 2nd AG and 6th overall.  Great top 10 finishes from our two relay teams (finishing 1 and 2), as well as Steve Duniho, Blake, Angela Taylor, Jodi Defenbaugh, Amy Van Valkenburg,  and Rachel O'Connor.  Also of note; there were a total of 10 sub 40 minute bike splits from team JFT2; what's the secret?  Check out race reports by clicking links in the names below.
