This is a brand new offering for Team JFT2 members, and it starts in January of 2010. Group Coaching is designed for beginner triathletes, as well as seasoned triathletes who want some help in designing a program and training with purpose. All Team JFT2 coached and supported rides and workouts are designed to be integrated with these plans. To sign up, please email jft2@live.com See details, below:
COST: $125 per 12 week session
for Team JFT2 members ($200 for non-members)
Ø Periodized 12 week training plans, starting January 4, 2010. This is how it will work:
o Jill will provide key workouts for each week, in Training Peaks.
o Team/Group workouts will be integrated into these Training Plans
o Athletes will attend a 3 hour meeting prior to each 12 week session, where Jill will help the group build customized training plans, with other workouts, so that each individual has a personalized plan that meets their needs.
o Training Plans will be built around team races (see race list, below)
§ Athletes are not required to participate in team races, however training plans will be optimized for the races on this list
o There will be schedules for Sprint/Oly, as well as schedules for half IM and Ironman Canada
