April 5-6  Cokan Chase and Carnation Time Trial

On Saturday, April 5, a group of JFT2 athletes headed out for a bike ride in the Carnation area for a preview of Sunday's Time Trial course.  They followed this ride with a 1:30 run.  They joined the Cokan Chase group, led by Frank Cokan.  A great time was had by the team.  They met up after the run at the Raging River cafe in Fall City for brunch.

Carnation Time Trial:  Sunday, April 6

Once again Team JFT2 was out in full force for another local event.  Thanks to sponsor Triumph Multisport, we again had the use of the Triumph tent.  This served as an excellent gathering place for the team and families, as the team prepared to take on the challenge of a 12 mile, all-out effort.

The gentlemen started out early, so they had the use of the trainers for the "first shift"
