April Events

Team JFT2 decided to Bring It! to the BuDu Racing Mount Rainier Duathlon on Sunday, April 26.  All four ladies who entered the race won their age groups, and Jodi won the overall short course event!  LaVonne and Jodi won in the shorter event, and Rachel and Judith won in the longer event.  For the men, Chris took second in his AG in the short course, and Greg, Kevin and John (not pictured) finished strong in the long course.  For  photos, go here.   And some more here.  Also, see Kevin's race report.

Fun was had by all at the April 18 Transition training workout.  The team did bike intervals followed by a one mile run (and then followed by some reloading of carbs).  Jill will be leading one of these each month for the next four months.   Photos of the event can be found here.

Congratulations to Jason, Michael and Greg, as they completed the Rage and the Sage half Ironman on April 18th in Las Vegas!  Michael took 5th in his AG with a 5:22 and Jason had a very solid PR with a 5:07.  Check out the photos here.
